1. Refunds Are Issued When

  • A helper never completed the task.
  • An item was not purchased.
  • There was a duplicate charge.
  • A platform error occurred.

2. Refunds Are Not Issued For

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Incorrect requester instructions.
  • Delays caused by the requester.

3. Dispute Process

  • Email support@neigbordrop.com with your task ID and details.
  • Provide any receipts or screenshots related to the request.
  • Expect a response and resolution within 48 hours.

4. Helper Payments

Helper payments are released after requester confirmation, or after manual review if a requester is unresponsive.
