NeigborDrop CoCreate Program Terms & Conditions

The CoCreate Program allows a limited number of early users to:

• Test new features before public release
• Provide structured product feedback
• Help strengthen local community participation
• Receive certain temporary program benefits

The Program is experimental in nature and may change at any time.

Participation is strictly limited.

• A maximum of 25 approved members per building, residential cluster, or defined community area may participate.
• Selection is at the sole discretion of NeigborDrop.
• Approval is not guaranteed.
• Waitlists may apply.
• NeigborDrop may suspend, pause, or expand enrollment at any time.
• Membership may be revoked at any time for any reason, including inactivity.

Participation is non-transferable.

To qualify, you must:

• Be an active NeigborDrop user
• Reside within an eligible community cluster
• Maintain accurate profile information
• Comply with all NeigborDrop Terms of Use and Community Guidelines

NeigborDrop reserves the right to verify eligibility.

Approved CoCreate Requesters may receive:

4.1 Platform Fee Waiver

• 100% NeigborDrop platform fees waived for up to two (2) years from the date of approval.
• This waiver applies only to NeigborDrop’s platform service fee.
• Members remain responsible for: Helper fee, Actual item or service cost, Applicable taxes, Payment processing fees (if applicable)

NeigborDrop may modify overall fee structures in the future with reasonable notice. The waiver does not apply to third-party charges.

4.2 Early Feature Access

Members may receive access to beta or experimental features. Such features:

• May contain bugs
• May be modified or removed
• May not be released publicly

No guarantees are made regarding feature stability or availability.

4.3 Community Builder Badge

Approved members may receive a visible “Community Builder” badge on their profile.

Badge usage may be revoked if membership ends.

Approved CoCreate Helpers may receive:

• Early access to helper-focused tools and improvements
• Community Builder profile badge
• Invitations to provide structured product feedback

Participation does not guarantee trip volume, matches, earnings, or demand.

All activity remains voluntary and peer-to-peer.

To remain in good standing:

As a Requester:

• Complete at least two (2) legitimate requests
• Provide honest feedback when contacted (typically up to once per month)
• Follow community and safety guidelines

As a Helper:

• Complete at least two (2) legitimate trips
• Provide honest feedback when contacted
• Maintain respectful conduct and reliability

Failure to meet participation expectations may result in removal from the Program.

The CoCreate Program is an early-stage experimental initiative.

NeigborDrop makes no guarantees regarding:

• Feature permanence
• Availability of matches
• Community participation levels
• Earnings or cost savings
• Program duration

The Program may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without prior notice.

NeigborDrop is a peer-to-peer community platform.

Participation in the CoCreate Program:

• Does NOT create employment
• Does NOT create contractor status
• Does NOT create partnership
• Does NOT create joint venture
• Does NOT establish agency relationship

Helpers and requesters act independently within their communities.

NeigborDrop does not supervise, direct, or control peer-to-peer interactions beyond platform functionality.

All members must:

• Use accurate identity information
• Interact respectfully
• Avoid fraud, abuse, or unsafe conduct
• Follow all NeigborDrop policies

NeigborDrop may immediately remove any member for:

• Policy violations
• Abuse of program benefits
• Misrepresentation
• Fraudulent activity
• Safety concerns
• Inactivity

Removal results in immediate loss of Program benefits.

By participating, you agree that:

• NeigborDrop may contact you for structured feedback
• Feedback may be used to improve product design
• Feedback may be quoted anonymously for marketing or investor materials
• Personal data is handled in accordance with NeigborDrop’s Privacy Policy

Platform fee waivers:

• Apply for up to two (2) years from approval date
• Are void upon program removal
• Are void upon violation of platform policies
• Are non-transferable

NeigborDrop may discontinue fee waivers if required by regulatory, operational, or legal considerations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

NeigborDrop shall not be liable for:

• Loss of earnings
• Lost savings
• Community participation outcomes
• User conduct
• Service interruptions
• Beta feature malfunction

Participation is at your own risk.

Participation in the CoCreate Program is subject to:

• NeigborDrop Terms of Use
• Privacy Policy
• Community Guidelines

In the event of conflict, the NeigborDrop Terms of Use shall govern.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Any disputes shall be resolved in Ontario, Canada.

By selecting “Join CoCreate” within the NeigborDrop app, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood these Terms
• You agree to participate under these conditions
• You understand the Program is limited and experimental
• You accept that benefits may be modified or revoked
